Cheers Macca, been ill this last week and contemplated quiting, but feel back to normal today, had acracking session with Robbo and Oli too set a few new pb's too : )

Steel Session with Robbo and Oli

Felt normal again today thank god, still f**king grumpy and havent eaten all day, Robbo gave me a flapjack and I think that got me back on track lol

Push press/Jerk dippy knee lift ?? all from rack

80x3 was flying up at this time so knew something was brewing

100x3 rep pb thanks to Robbo & Oli
105x3 rep pb previous was a double
105x3 matched previous and all felt good Oli suggested 110 for a single so I went for it!
110x3 couldnt believe that! thanks to the lads for the support during these, last rep was nails but so glad I got them, weight PB and rep PB
100x3 to finish off

over moon with the pressing session today, all down to the push from the lads and not feeling gash anymore!

170x3 felt alright Robo said depth was good for 2 reps so was happy
hard getting breathe in with thick belt on first time i'd squatted in it, felt tighter but need to learn to breathe in it.

overall a nice little sesion to get me back on track, going back down tonight for some lights deads shrugs etc and some bench to address the moobage issue lol


Havent listed Saturdays sesion as I was horrid cracking little session from the boys though, I did tackle the 55kg ss dbell which felt easy after a few goes so happy with that for a the day.

Right, quick bite to eat then back down training with Richard and Steve Roll tonight : )

Sitting down PB's Not as good as Overhead PB's ?

aye you did do some log and deadlifting too.

i dint read the post before hand.

is a laying down pb better then a sitting down pb haha
