My goals for this year?

To get my lifts passed so that I can register a total, at my first two comps - in July and September.

Late in the day, but my goals are currently:

Deadlift 300kg (current PB 270kg)
IFSA Log 120kg (done 110kg*2 on narrow log, 100kg on awkward/wide handled log)
Front squat 180kg (usually good for at least 160kg)

After my first comp it is clear that the deadlift and overhead are the priority, so I'm not setting any other strongman-specific targets at the moment, though would always like to improve my stones.

Start competing amateur boxing.
Squat 140kg.
Deadlift 160kg.
Do a lot of shagging.
