These are just my guesses but would imagine 140-150 on log, 320-340 on Deadlift Yoke I would guess would be around 400, if we're still using my db's it'll be either 70, 80, 90, 100 or possible all 10kg more | ||

I'm having similar worries at the minute. My log press is down by 20kg at the minute. Hopefully it'll be back by then | ||
