I can't do any overhead though, its the same side i did a while back. Hopefully in about a week i will be able to do some overhead work | ||

It seems like i have torn my tricep not my lat. There is no pain, no swelling, just heavy bruising. I'm not sure if benching the other day made it worse or not. I will see how the bruising, discomfort is after 1-2 weeks, to see whether or not i can try a light pressing session to see if its affected. Squats don't seem to affect it | ||
