It was all around good pulling for the sugden barbell today David, we stack two 25kg plates, and i was wearing shoes, i think that is about max before it gets a bit too dangerous to crush your foot... | ||

Very challenging bench press session, but i made it in the end. bench press 8x60 5x80 3x100 6x6x110kg FB pullups bw: 8,8,6,6,5 rear delt machine 3 sets, top set was 6x84 hammer dumbell curl 2x12x22.5kg | ||

Its only 16 days though, so no big deal. I will go to the gym every day that i am at rochelles parents place though because all i will do is chilling out and eating so i can take the training There is a local powerlifting gym where i will try to train. No air con or anything, very hardcore place. | ||
