Really hit the rock bottom with this one, high fever, sore throath, nasty cough, the works. This is the fifth day now and i am feeling loads better. Still not quite healthy though so still taking the day off from work and training. Next few weeks are dedicated to recovery, then 4 weeks of GFH and then the novice first timers strongman comp on March 4th. Plan for today: light stretching and mobility. | ||
