Mr.Potato deadlift Member 2675, 4748 posts SQ 300, BP 202.5, DL 300802.5 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Started the week at over 94kg bodyweight and cut weight to make weight on the Friday morning of 89.6kg ready to compete in the 90kg juniors. Had a 7 and a half hour drive from manchester to eastbourne due to traffic and ended up arriving at 8.30pm Friday night. Settled in and ate as much as I could. Arrived at the venue the next morning at 8am not knowing I didn't start til 4pm. A long 7 hours later and I warmed up. Squats Warmed up to 205kg in wraps. Squat 1 - 225kg good lift, felt hard Squat 2 - 232.5kg good lift, felt better Squat 3 - 240kg no lift. 2 reds 1 white. I still feel it was in and was my easiest squat of the day Bench press Warmed up to 140kg Bench 1 - 150kg good lift, easy Bench 2 - 157.5kg good lift, comp pb Bench 3 - 162.5kg no lift. Pressed it but 2 reds for area coming off. If it did come off it ant have been more than 1cm Deadlift (sumo) Warmed up to 200kg Dead 1 - 220kg - good lift Dead 2 - 240kg - good lift Dead 3 - 245kg - good lift, comp pb Squat 232.5kg Bench 157.5kg Dead 245kg Total 635kg comp 1st place in the 90kg juniors | ||
