Would like to get to 105kg @ 12-14% bf (currently 94 @15), so maybe by the end of 2020! Then perhaps back to strength focus with an actual muscle base. Last night, for example, looked like this: Floor press 100 x 1 110 x 1 115 x 1 120 x 1 -- PB Feet Up Bench x 4 sets DB Incline Bench x 5 sets DB Side Raise x 4 sets DB Row x 4 sets Cable 45deg raise x 4 sets Face Pull x 4 sets Cable Scarecrow x 4 sets Chin up x 4 sets BFR Cable Triceps pushdown x 4 sets Cheat curl x 4 sets BFR DB curl x 4 sets | ||
