Still "bodybuilding", with the occasional fun lift just to keep things interesting. Would like to get to 105kg @ 12-14% bf (currently 94 @15), so maybe by the end of 2020! Then perhaps back to strength focus with an actual muscle base.

Last night, for example, looked like this:

Strict dumbbell 32.5kg pb... this should be higher though. Why is it significantly less than 1/2 strict press PB?

Also been doing 90kg x 10 for sets on bench which is good. Being patient for once which seems to being paying off

"Frog" leg press, x 4 sets last set drop set
