Last few weeks i keep having my right foot further forward than the left. both are wider than shoulder width apart but soon as i line them up properly it feels uncomfortable and awkward even on the warm up weights!!
If i dont look down, jus get comfy and squat its fine. even tho il look down after the set and the feet are pissed again.
Done in power perfect 2s and goin parallel.

stay pissed or try line up perfect?????????

I looked all over the internet about this I have exactly the same thing I noticed it a while back. When I unrack the weight and step back, if I look down just before I'm about to start my set I always notice where my feet want to "naturally" be placed, my left is about 2" in front of the right. I have never brought it back in line because when I do it feels twisted and horrible and I daren't do the set. So I always just leave it. I dont know if it means one leg is longer than the other or I have a slight misalignment somewhere of something (hips, spine?) but it's strange.

Doesn't seem to cause any problems though

Any of you guys box or wrestle? This happened to me for so long and I reckoned it might have been because my "steady stance" wasn't quite square. I do have one foot that tracks to the outside further than the other also. It's better now but i used to feel more solid when the left foot was a little forward.

I am right footed which supposedly means my left leg is stronger as that is the one I use for stability and balance when using my right foot for kicking, I also have my right foot forward on front squats which probably means I'm using my left leg a slight bit more I suppose Confused

When I come up on any squat movement most of the weight is on my left leg.
