No worries mate. I find the little and often method a lot better than just eating 3 large meals. In all honesty I didn't realise how important diet was until I started paying real attention to it. Think I'm now starting to reap the rewards

The 15th youth. Hence the heavy stuff now. One more heavy session this week then I think I will do some speed work and rest.

It all came together in time to compete last weekend, now I'm just trying to maintain as the comp was postponed. Hopefully I will still be ready to go on the 15th.

Means narrow grip. Not close grip but not normal width, just in between both.
