All advice and abuse is welcome. I intend to focus on my deadlift (stamina) and log press. | ||

Member 3870, 5 posts SQ 200, BP 140, DL 250590.0 kgs @ 106kgs UnEq | Dumbell press 1 warm up set 60lb for 16 reps 4 set to failure of 100lb dbs incline flyes 5 sets 20lb, 30lb, 40lb, 45lb, 50lb 12 reps each cable flyes superset with cable press 45kg 3 sets of 10 dips to failure (s**t at these!!!) Hammer curls for biceps 20lb to 50lb 4 sets 10 reps cable superset for bis 2 sets of 16 reps rope pull downs for flabdominals | ||
