Just had 2 weeks off of training after an enjoyable comp (Newark first timers)
and I intend to do a few more so I thought it was time to pay attention to my training (and get strong!). All advice and abuse is welcome. I intend to focus on my deadlift (stamina) and log press.

So my gyms had to get new equipment due to a Domestic between the owner and our resident Strongman, If any one knows how to calculate the actual weight lifted using the Deadlift/Squat loader please for f**ks sake tell me!

cage allegedly weighs 150kg

Deads to warm up: 15 reps of the empty cage
12 reps of cage plus 80kg
10 reps of cage plus 120kg
8 reps of cage plus 180kg
4 reps of cage plus 220kg
2 reps of cage plus 270Kg

mini log 40kg 3 sets 20 reps

Shoulder press 50kg 10 reps
70kg 10 reps
90kg 5 reps

Shrugs 60kg 10 reps
100kg 10 reps
150kg 10 reps
190kg 8 reps

Ran out of time due to missus and kid at home.

Dumbell press 1 warm up set 60lb for 16 reps
4 set to failure of 100lb dbs

incline flyes 5 sets 20lb, 30lb, 40lb, 45lb, 50lb 12 reps each

cable flyes superset with cable press 45kg 3 sets of 10

dips to failure (s**t at these!!!)

Hammer curls for biceps 20lb to 50lb 4 sets 10 reps

cable superset for bis 2 sets of 16 reps

rope pull downs for flabdominals

Legs where absolute s**te!! Apparently I have a "slack back" so need to work on posture. Not even bothering to put down the workout it was wank!

Did a good van pull and sledge pull/push. Struggled like f**k with the 285kg tyre flips though. Brilliant sesh cut short due to kids. bas***ds.
