Nice Faz. I started the Juggernaut method last week. Do you only squat once a week? Although the volume is high, I don't think the frequency is enough?

Here are a couple of things that I've put into place with my training partners:

Training Partner 1

Sunday - Bench, Squat
Wednesday - Deadlift Press
Friday - Paused Bench, Paused Squat

These were all done using the TJM Method and she has already completed a full cycle. Her Bench moved from around 30kg to 70kg doing this. So this method definitely works at those levels.

Training Partner 2

Sunday - Bench TJM
Monday - Squat TJM
Wednesday - OHP TJM, Bench 531
Friday - Deadlift TJM

This was used with my other training partner who Benches around 110. He has been more inconsistent with implementing the 531 days so I don't know how well this would work, but I suspect it'll work well. It's a little more Bench basically.

Example from book

Sunday - Bench TJM
Monday - Squat TJM
Tuesday - OHP (1st week TJM, 2nd week TJM, 3rd week light 3x5 @ 60%)
Wednesday - Fronts (same as OHP)
Thursday - Bench (same as OHP)
Friday - Deadlift TJM

So basically this method uses assistance work across the week but winds down during the final TJM week so as not to impair the recovery for the final AMRAP. Not tried this way but if Chad says it works, it'll work. You could mould that to whatever you like, as long as you adhere to the final week light rule.

Couple of practical examples I've used and something from the book. Hope this helps.

Thanks! Yeah still only around 94kg. I did dip as low as 80kg very briefly a couple years ago but the work required for that was horrible lol. I usually settle around 90kg.

Squat Day

Squats belted wrapped 170kg x 3,3,3,3,3,3,6

Pretty easy tbh. Speed was good even on the last set.

Bench Day

Bench paused 120kg x 3,3,3,3,3,3,10

Had to reduce the weight down from the intended 135kg. Joints just don't recover in a week anymore with the heavy stuff. In a lot of pain today, but the bar moved okay at this weight.

Urgh, think I went too fast. Almost puked after this. Reps were moving well though.
