Bicep curls in the power rack are a good exercise ![]() | ||

Bouncing Bench Press using as much chest bounce as possible. Cable Crossovers to get a mass in my chest ![]() And I wear gloves, belt, straps and wraps for every rep of every set. Making sure I grunt like a wild animal to release the inner beast. Train like this and you will be a monster! ![]() | ||
