bench poos today, I was about to drive off, knackered from another mentally busy week at work, when hairy fat smelly c**t keys texted me. bench was again on...

or not really

I used to bench with a wide grip until I ruptured my pec, I was however very strong in this position (my tendons weren't) so moved fingers an inch wider. felt stronger certainly but weak in areas that I need to work on (shoulders and triceps).

tonight - dropped by pleasance as I was in that part of town. place was heaving, grabbed a platform and warmed up for a guns session.

front squats
100kg for 10 - very easy. think I'll either do these for 20s or increase the weight for sets of 10
100kg for 10
100kg for 10
100kg for 8
100kg for 2 - 40 reps

tricep extensions
warm up sets - various
work set - 12plates for 11
12 plates for 10

dips - bodyweight for 20
bodyweight +25kg for 22
drop set bodyweight for 16

bicep curls
40kg for 15
40kg for 11
40kg for 9
40kg for 5

home to feed the dog

Seated cable rows
worked up to stack for 7

one armed dumbell rows (helped by Keys presence and my mental image of each rep pulling some big fat hairs out of his manky beard, I thank you Keys)
70kg for 27 reps on right

rest

70kg for 24 on left

chins upstairs in a room full of women squatting - more reps than I would have expected
bodyweight for 8


home for a spicy chicken pizza and bottle of pear Koppaberg

140kg for 19 - wider grip
140kg for 18
140kg for 17
140kg for 16
140kg for 10

press-ups for the pump

volume is increasing, hoping for 20 next week, will get below 110kg in November and then increase the weight
