Is partial to the odd bender. Member 6, 10239 posts SQ 280, BP 192.5, DL 317.5790.0 kgs @ 102kgs Eq | Hunger hasn't really come into it mate, I haven't been starving myself just sensible with food choice. As for cravings for naughty stuff I'm afraid you just have to tough it out. Good old fashioned will power.

People are always looking for a magic bullet (not refering to you paul, - i mean all of us in general), and it really does come down to this. I heard someone talking about it as what you want. you might think you want to be lean, but if you eat s**t, you really don't want to be lean-it is less important to be lean than to enjoy that snack. Logical when you think about it.

Picca Boo Member 16, 1204 posts SQ 140, BP 130, DL 200470.0 kgs @ 77kgs UnEq | When I was dieting I just put up with hunger for the first half of the day (ephedrine and smoking helped), and had a carby semi-big meal before going to sleep.

I personally prefer the stiffest possible. Member 158, 3110 posts SQ 170, BP 107.5, DL 222.5500.0 kgs @ 67.4kgs UnEq | I am trying to lose a few KGs, 71 - 72KG would be nice. I have been about 76/77 though floating about 75ish at the moment and I don't think its productive to keep depleting myself the day before a comp. Also it will give me room to add some muscle. Oh and I am developing a serious power arse (TM PR ARSE Developments) at the moment. magic pills would be nice, if only they existed.

still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14374 posts | paul_richards said: Dont do it man. You'll only be tempted to drop to 67. 71-72 is waaaay too light for middleweight. I think 76/77 is a perfect training weight for 75, but I get the fact that you hate losing the weight.I am trying to lose a few KGs, 71 - 72KG would be nice. magic pills would be nice, if only they existed. Joking aside they do. ECA stacks are very effective for weight loss and are not banned for training out of competition.

And miss out on being in a fat-burning state? It's more sensible in the long run for keeping muscle mass, but I don't have the willpower to piss about eating f**k all for more than a few weeks at a time, I like to get it done fast and dirty

I personally prefer the stiffest possible. Member 158, 3110 posts SQ 170, BP 107.5, DL 222.5500.0 kgs @ 67.4kgs UnEq | The problem is my weight is creeping up. Its getting harder to maintain 76/77KG. I figured a drop of a few KGs (of fat and not glycogen bound water LOL), then allow it to start creeping up again. As for dropping to 67.5K, I honestly dont think that will happen as I'd go insaine well before then. I havent been anywehere near 70KG for about 2yrs let alone below 70KG. I beleieve I can drop some fat and keep the strength creeping up, albeit slowly.
