Re the farmers, I think you probably need to work on foot spped at lighter weight...as I cant see at that weight, that its the actually weight thats slowing you down

Cheers JC, I think the 135's was just a bad run as i was hitting my legs quite abit and didn't get much of a rhythm going. I'll try 135 again next time and see what it's like, if it's still slow then I'll stick to lighter weights for abit.
