Warmed up No deadlifting this week which is nice as I was feeling abit dead. Pull ups Bw 2x8 Strict press 20xlots 40x10 60x5 80x3 100x2 115x6 (rep PB) 115x2 (knackered!) Push press 110x3 130x6 (rep PB) Klokov press 20x15 40x10 50x5 60x10 60x11 Was gonna do some lateral raises and stuff but gym was packed and I wanted to f**k off. Done, pressing feels really good. | ||

Pissed off with myself) Flatback stopped just off chest 100x5 120x5 145x5 Incline off pins 60x10 100x5 120x5 120x5 120x10 Dips Bw x10 +15 3x10 Fly's 7's xloads 15's 3x15 Flat dumbbell bench 20's x10 30's x10 40's x8 50's x9 Cable tricep extension 1x30 1x40 1x50 Just trying to improve elbow health abit with these although it had a nice side effect of making my tricep looks hench as f**k Done. Gonna do a 3 week mini peak on bench and hit 180 in a month. | ||

Session 2 Warmed up Snatch had a bar with s**tty spin and it locked up at heavier weights 40x5 50x3 60x3 70x2 80x1 90x1 (nearly fell out of my hands as bar didn't spin) 90x1 (better) 100 4 fails (annoying but close) Clean and jerk 60x1 Different bar 60x5 80x3 100x2 120x1 140x1 155x clean fail jerk (pressed out the jerk after locking it out, think triceps are tired. 5kg clean PB) Squats 100x3 140x3 170x2 200x6 (fairly easy) 200x6 (getting harder) 200x6 200x6 (hard, some guy decided to do pull ups right in front of me and then when he realised that i could do with abit of space he just awkwardly swung in front of me for the rest of the set) 200x6 (nearly lost the last one) 200x6 (5th rep nearly killed me but the 6th one was better) Thank f**k that's over! Done. | ||

Member 3986, 10443 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | 2.11.13 Had a couple of days off due to mega doms from Wednesday, doesn feel too bad now except for hamstrings at the bottom of the squat Warmed up Squats 20xlots 40x6 60x6 100x3 120x3 140x3 170x2 200 6x2 (decent back position but didn't have alot of power coming out of the hole) Sumo deadlifts 60x6 100x5 140x5 180x3 220x1 (=PB double overhand) Straps 250x2 (really hard, slow as f**k off the floor, PB) Did afew pistol squats Row 500m 1:36.1 (PB although I haven't done it for ages, I should be going quicker but I'm doing something wrong I think I need a bigger drag factor) Stretched Done. | ||
