Warmed up

Log cleans
65 2x5
85x3
105x3
125x3
135x8 (this was a struggle rep PB)

Keg loading 3x100 kegs (2 were normal size but one is really big and it's really awkward to load)
1st run 26 seconds
2nd run 32
3rd run 25 on the dot

Made mistakes on all 3 sets, the 2 small kegs I can throw on easy but I'm gonna work on the big one.

Stretched and rolled

Done.

Thanks Neil, got to work the weaknesses.

Ben getting flexible took f**king forever I can remember when I couldn't get near overhead squatting the bar! snatching is pretty fun though so it was worth it.

Went to Hulks gym in Rotherham today.

One arm dumbbell

95x fail (just wouldn't sit right!)
80 2x1 (not bad)

Yoke

320x40 (got first 20 without dropping which is an improvement, dropped a couple of times on the way back. PB for distance. Also had one side higher than the other which didn't help)

Log strict (different log which felt harder to press but got to get used to other equipment)
70x6
90x3
100x1
120x5
120x6 (wanted 8's with these but still a rep PB)

I'll get 8's next week. Done.
