Done. All caught up! | ||

Then got I'll Tuesday, trained a small amount Thursday friday Then events on Saturday which was alright but still not up to full tilt, today I trained and felt almost there but still not 100% although bench felt good and my shoulder doesn't hurt any more, I'm hoping that Wednesday I'll be on it and have a good session, not the best timing! | ||

Member 3986, 10432 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | 27.1.20 Right back to it after a few days in Athens chilling out Trained at Hixxys, I feel like training with a top strongman is going to be really good for me and they don't come much better log press paused, one clean 70 70 90 110 130 150x1 170x1 (20 or 25kg PB, messed the clean up, it slipped on my belt so happy to get this) 130x5 130x5 stones one motions 120 to 62 x a few 140 to 52 160 to 56 (PB for height) 180 lapped to 52 A few others Throwing bags lots of runs of 3, failed the 22kg but should improve soon, never tried these before Done. Happy with how I felt as I normally feel weak after a comp, looking forward to carrying on these Monday sessions | ||
