got a 110 dumbbell on the way so thought i should have a go before it arrives!

didnt do pulls as im going to a benni seminar tomorrow and im not sure if we're gonna deadlift there.

I cant get away from juice allegations lol even had it at gym today! you're all c**ts Tongue

Seminar was really good, key points for deadlift were

long build up building work capacity to a massive degree

quite abit of sprinting at beginning of cycle

peaking phase for 6 weeks no assistance work but f**king massive volume work

2 weeks of rest before comp

eat all the calories
