After speaking with various athletes it was made clear to me the situation with knee wraps .. I think it would be more of a safety thing to allow the knee wraps .. I always assume that people raw squat heavy like the cool cats at OSG do but this isn't necessarily true so I'm going to allow the knee wraps . No suits . I would like to think a winning Squat would be around triple bodyweight .. Dumbell is now 70kg for Reps head to head .. This is because we now have matching dumbbells. Cool !
