He asked me if he was allowed to wear it and if he could stand it on its end . I was thinking "this guy is f**king mental"Arram is a tremendous "SportsMan" he came to me at the begining of the squat and shown me some power type shorts he wears for squatting and asked if he was allowed to wear them - If he didn`t i probably would of let him, BUT on close inspection they were very stiff and said "NO!" TEAM spirt of the lads was amazing and all 15 guys had a good time i think .. I went round and probably had a 5 minute chat with all of them through out the day - All real top lads . Thanks for the "shout outs" from every one .. I don`t always get everything right BUT i just try my hardest and anyone who was there yesterday know that i do it because of my love for the Sport and admiration for the athletes who give up their free time to compete . If at any point my competing athletes feel that ESM u90kg should move on from me then i would step down BUT if everyone is happy for me to do so then i would love to work on making ESM90 2113 even better . Every single event was a winner and the way you Ben and the rest of the team ran things was a credit to the sport. I wouldn't want anyone else running ESM and I just pray I can make it again next year. You gave me cans of lager at the end for f**ks sake! | ||

Mark mate, the comp was awsome yesterday as was last yr, I hope esm stays with u for as long as u want it to, I never want to see that drag again, I thought my lungs were about to pop & I could see for a few minutes afterwards which wasnt nice. also arams db was ace, strongman is about using ur brain as well as strengh, if he uses a different technique then that just means he prepared well. get the thing over ur head however u can | ||
