Aaron Page is still injured, I think, but apart from that the info from their FB is here.===== Events for England's Strongest Man are as follows... *subject to change * Log press for max starting at 150kg * Deadlift medley 300, 315, 330, 345 and 360kg * Pole Push * Tyre flip 400kg approximately for 6-8 flips * To be confirmed - Sand bag loading 3-4 sandbags... If 3, distance will likely be 15m each, if 4 then 10m approx. Athletes can skip weights. 0 - Evans (no lift) 150 - Page (withdrawn), Logan 160 - Fullbrook, Roberts, Snape, Paul Smith, Flynn 170 - Gough, Morgan, Wayne Smith 180 - England, Hawkins After 180 England alone attempts 200 (why?). Hawkins retires on 180. | ||

They're not announcing the times so no clue on results. Paul Smith head to head with Fullbrook who had a proper nightmare. Paul looked quick. Flynn had a good run against Gough. Hawkins solidly beat England. | ||

Results in running order rather than weights lifted, sorry. Fullbrook to 345 Wayne Smith to 330 Morgan to 315 Evans to 345 Flynn to 315 Gough to 345 (fails 360) England to 330 Paul Smith to 330 Logan to 345 (fails 360) Hawkins to 315 Roberts to 345 Snape to 315 Hawkins may be suffering some back pain. He would have been leading going into deadlift but not now. Gough or England might have it? Hard to say. Loading up next (sandbags). | ||
