Don't really want to try ephedrine even if it is legal, sounds like it will get me a bit too wired. Appetite suppression isn't a problem - that's all a mental game Ironback!! | ||

Also i have caffine tablets im going to start using. Theres quite a few pre-work out drinks you can buy that are actually quite good and eph free. Oh and even diet red bull? | ||

Most things work for a while but then your body gets used to them, and then you have to decide whether it is worth it to take more. Not sure it is to be honest. Probably best to take caffeine occasionally if you know you are going to have a heavy session. | ||
