Just received some elbow sleeves from strengthshop and after trying them on they seem really tight and they start to slowly cut off my circulation. So do I persevere and hope they loosen up over time or send them back and get a size bigger???

Cheers mate just in two minds about sending them back, never had elbow sleeves so don't really know how tight they should be

Very tight.

They tend only to get pulled on before a set, not usually worn for the entire workout. So as long as they can be worn for a couple of minutes without killing you they are fine.

I bought a pair a while back and they were too tight - i died and as a result i can't return them (although haunting may be an option). Has anyone dealt with this problem before?
