I had some double ply bumblebee sleeves that I got from Strength Shop, unfortunately sold them. They seem to be the number one sleeves at comps for good reason - very good sleeves and good value for money.

I've used the bumble bee ones, but there double ply and I'm pretty sure there not allowed in powerlifting meets. I seem to think there fine for strongman but I'm not 100% as I've heard the triple ply sleeves may start being banned! I'm sure someone can clear this up. Ace sleeves though.

Other sleeves I've used are rehbands and SBD ones. My personal opinion is I prefer the SBD stuff, they feel slightly better made, they work out cheaper too. Both brands are 7mm neoprene. All I'd say is if you go with the SBDs it's worth contacting them regarding sizing, the sizes I required were not what I would have ordered just by using there chart.

I gave my measurement to the company for the sleeves a slight bit smaller than the physical measurement! It seemed to be the better choice.

I'm not 100% on this so it'll need confirmation from someone else, but I would be almost certain they wouldn't be allowed. Sorry, hopefully someone can give you a definite answer

Not too sure, but I know that 2.5m knee wraps are allowed in GPC raw comps.

Pressing wise - never buy anything too restrictive. I always use single ply strengthshop sleeves or my rehbands.

Knee - For squatting the double/triple plys are a good move. Depends what your training towards.
IF your to do movning events, single ply and again, rehbands.
