Just a query regarding where i can find some decent elbow sleeves, not supports. I compete raw their not allowed but after some elbow troubles and trying a pair out in my gym a few times i noticed they helped keep the pain away probably due to keeping the joint warm. Id use them for training.

Aye, www.strengthshop.co.uk, got rehbands, vulkan (though pretty low on stock just now, check with me before ordering if going for Vulkan), and the single and double ply fabric ones. Any questions give me a shout, or just go ahead and order! Happy

I have just started using the single ply fabric one from strength shop they are very good, but over estimate on the size. They are meant to be tight but mine are so tight I have to take them off between sets or my hands go numb!

That's how tight you want them to be! Happy

Regarding the size of the sleeves. Just measured the circumference of my elbow it was 35cm...i think my arm/gunz measurement is 18.5" (dont know if this is relevant)...would i get the xxl (32-34) or xl (20-32). I understand when written down like this the question seems retarded but was thinking maybe the xxl could be too loose for its purpose???

I'd say XXL for sure, gunz are big! Happy If they don't fit, you can send them back and exchange them, but I'd say the XL's would be on the tight side.
