Made myself go because I would only regret it if I left it for the day. Front Squats s/s Stiff Leg Deads 80kgx5 150kgx5 90kgx3 170kgx5 100kgx1 190kgx1 90kgx3 160kgx5 90kgx3 160kgx5 Calf Raises 7sets x 10reps Shrugs 170kgx20-PB 170kgx10 Not all the volume ect I wanted to do but something is better than nothing. Will be doing this again in 5 days so I can right the wrongs of the day. | ||

I had to open up at the gym so thought I might as well do something Deadlifts (playing with a closer stance and narrower hand possition) worked up to 200kgx1, strength off the floor felt better Front Squats worked up to 100kgx1, easy, not meant to front squat until sat, so will go PR hunting I think | ||

Stiff Leg Deadlifts 120kgx5 170kgx3-really easy 190kgx3-PB-could have hit 5 without it being all out max. Over the moon considering my max is 200kg on stiff leg deads DOH Axle Deads 3setsx5reps Didn't bother with calf work or ab work. Feel good and fresh. Turns out I have had a kidney infection the last few weeks....I just thought I had a sore back lol Never mind! | ||

WTF! This needs bringing up asap! Smith Bent Over Rows 50kgx6 90kgx6 100kgx6 120kgx6 140kgx4 Sacked it off. Shocked at how crap I am at rack pulls. There is obviously a weakness there that needs addressing! | ||

Front Squats worked up to 110kgx1-fast! felt good for 130kg today, but for some reason nearly flaked out on 110! Oly Squats worked up to 110kg and realised it wasn't happening today Push Press Close miss with 90kg, timing is all off. One Arm DB Push Press 50kgx3 50kgx1 50kgx2 All easy, felt good for 5-6 reps. No idea if this is good or crap, but it's a starting point. I will either front squat or oly squat, but not both in a session from now on. Grip feels stronger, hopefully with progress to where it's not embarrasingly weak! I'm putting today down to an off day. Not too concerned since I only deadlifted on tuesday and hips were a little stiff then. | ||
