I want to start splitting my squat, pressing and deadlifting into their own sessions and push the volume | ||

The place is great and full of monsters....I am about the size of one leg of most of them lol Close Grip Bench 60kgx8 80kgx5 90kgx5 100kgx3 -sling shot on- 110kgx2 80kgx10 Smith Incline Bench 60kgx6 70kgx6 These bother my shoulder a bit, but used a high incline. Hammer Strength Decline Press (per side) 20kgx8 40kgx8 60kgx6 70kgx5 Incline DB Fly 20kgx6 25kgx6 Done. Enjoyed it! Will be deadlifting tomorrow and getting some back work in | ||

Hammer Strength Chest Supported Row per side 20kgx8 40kgx8 60kgx8 80kgx5 Chest Supported T Rows 40kgx8 60kgx8 65kgx5 Lat Pull Downs 60kgx8 80kgx8 Today was just to find a starting weight for deadlifts to build from. I will be putting more volume into them. May also add some curls for the girls in too | ||

Enjoyed it. All done in about 35mins. Tomorrow will be deadlifts, thursday front squats and friday overhead press and some gun show work. | ||

Push Downs 2x15-only light Incline DB Fly Jumped straight to last set 27.5kgx6-Shoulder gave out at the end of the 6th DB Lat Raises 3setsx10reps Shoulder is sore as hell now, hopefully will be orite within a couple of days... | ||

I sometimes wake up with one of my shoulders dislocated. Aye stuck it back in myself. No, won't stick it in a sling, pain killers and making sure it doesn't get tight and my ROM isn't restricted and it should be fine. Though it could mean either board pressing or pin pressing from now on as it always seems to feel sketchy at the bottom of a bench press. | ||

I need to work out how to prevent it getting worse... | ||

Hopefully should be getting someone to have a look at it next week. In the mean time I need to come up with goals and a plan | ||
