Big Z reigning as champ as a (heaviest ever)400lb plus athlete is incredible , fast mobile and beyond strong .Interestingly the weightloss seems to have significantly affected the outcome and the top end power of the slimmed down athletes . I cant quite work out yet why anyone still thinks this is productive ? unless just for the obvious reasons of being more marketable to sponsors . | ||

I suppose when people get older they probably get more health consious! After all being lighter can only be healthier but defo seems detrimental to strength. The difference of the two objects is light years apart and as I am as well judged as any man in the world to make this comparison here's my honest view - The heaviest Clean and Jerk in competition is 266kg and that is in a sport that is over 100 years old .. I think that Big Z's 221kg log press out-weighs a 266kg Clean and Jerk ... 210kg NO I don't think so BUT 221kg edges it for me ! That is a serious Feat of Human strength !! If someone can appear on YouTube with a 270kg Clean and Jerk then the honours will tip back in Weightliftings camp but until that day arrives I believe Big Z to be to best floor to overhead lifter on this planet !! And not just currently I mean in "History" !! | ||

And not just currently I mean in "History" !! what's your best log? 160? your clean and jerk is 1.22 x your log, whereas misha's is 1.19.. take an average of these (you're the only two lifter I can think of who have had a similar level of success at both sports) and you get ratio 1.2 CJ to log 1.2 x Z's 221kg log press? 266kg Interesting... | ||

Lalas smashed it, then I started Z's run, got to the finish and I waited a little bit so you could hear the crowd and celebrations then phone died and obv didn't save. Still, Thors run was awesome. | ||
