Powerlifting or strongman, as long as I get to move some iron I'll be happy. Also, if strongman, you'll be popping my strongman cherry! That's gotta surely be a selling point for me? It may possibly become a semi regular occurrance as my girlfriend stays out that way and I visit her on the weekends from time to time.

If I get the odd strongman session in I'm sure the overhead will start climbing nicely. It's something I always wanted to give a go but never really got the opportunity to do. Farmers walk, powerstairs, conans wheel etc. always looked like a pile of fun and very hard work to boot!
