Member 2407, 219 posts | Seems they aren't used much or are more useful in the heavier range. I have a light set and some loadable handles but they are fruiting awkward with oly size 5s and 10s on. | ||

What sort of weight do you go upto? I would say they're not a necessity as there are other barbell options, but I use them for hammer curls 15-20s etc, and I use the heavy ones for DB rows upto 70+. I hardly ever touch them other than that, maybe if I have lots of time or fancy a some variety/ | ||
