Still pretty off colour today but back at work. Am hoping that the forced rest will do the muscles good....but could have done without this!!! hoping to still be alright for the day though....just did my shopping run for snacks and red bull for the day...bag packed. Just want to get on with it now. | ||

Everyone did their best and gave a massive 100% performance, but everyone supported and included everyone else. It was a real pleasure to meet you all and I hope to see you all again.
