#biggef Member 5263, 3492 posts SQ 260, BP 195, DL 260715.0 kgs @ 130kgs UnEq | I'm pretty much don't drink, by pretty much I mean il have a shandy a xmas, I used to drink a fair bit when I was younger,like 15-20 years ago, I just stopped,and it's never bothers me since, but I think it depends on a few factors, for example if your friends drink you may meet at the pub social pressure ,if you smoke you may be one of those addictive types, and of course habitual behaviour, of course though if you t you really think you can't stop don't be ashamed to go get help, I know that sounds heavy but you should be able to take it or leave it, good luck | ||
