Why would this be bro science?? Saturated fats ARE healthy as part of a balanced fat intake. To try and completely exclude them from your diet is as bad as taking in too many. | ||

Now many experts claim saturated fats actually aren't bad for you after all and we should not be consuming the artificially produced vegetable oils and spreads, but would be far better off with butter and lard. I have no idea how the average man or woman on the street is suposed to know what is right or wrong to eat. | ||
