Ordered a Titan Fury last week from Pullums and today received an F6 instead. I was split between the two initially but opted for the Fury as I was told it suited a straight line presser, which I think I am. On the website it describes the F6 as a sirt for an arched back presser, which I do try and do, but its not extreme.
I'm tempted to stick with the F6 and have a go with that but hoped I might get a little input from 'those in the know' before I committed !!

Plus the F6 looks sexier than the Fury.

The angle of the sleeves is different that's why they suit either a flat backed (or high chest touch) or an arch (and lower chest touch).

Are you planning on competing? If so what federation/s?

Only competed in the BDFPA un-equipped up until now. Doing the BPO Scottish at the end of Jan for my first equipped comp.
So if I do bench with an arch and touch about 2" below the nip's would you think an F6 to be suitable ?

Yes mate, I bench arched and touch just below my nips, I took bad advice from some guy in the US and A and got a fury, it's useless for for me I should have got an F6

Just read your post properly, are you concerned you have a f6 and need a fury because you bench flat backed? Maybe we can swap Wink

F6 will be fine by the sound of things. You dont need to arch in it, it just suits those who do aswell.

F6 will suit you more, but a rage-x is MUCH better Grin

I also have a super katana but never got a proper training session in it.

Cheers. I was gonna pick up a RageX but Millsy quite rightly pointed out, as a shirt novice,
a Fury or F6 might be a more sensible option for next year. A RageX is certainly on my 'to smash' list.

I'm scared of Katanas !!

Funky's right, Rage X is far better than either. BUT if you're committed to the purchase, if your pressing plane is straight up and you have little or no arch you'd be better with a Fury. But if your pressing plane is nipple line to throat then the F6 would be better. But, basically, get a Rage X. Happy

See this is where I get confused.
I Bench with an arch = F6.
I Bench quite low = F6.
I 'think' I Bench in a relatively straight line, maybe slightly towards my head = Fury.

Am I thinking too much about this s**t ??

Your thinking about it too much

i've used

fury
f6
katana
superkatana
double super katana

i noticed little difference between the fury and f6 except the f6 seemed a bit more supportive (the fury i used was old though)

Sorry, my fault for not reading. Yes, i'd definitely agree that Fury/F6 is MUCH easier to learn/forgiving that the Rage-x. I've had my rage-x for about 8 years now and it's outperformed the 10 or so other brand new shirts I have used despite being torn and ripped all over the place. It's just about holding together yet somehow gave me 40-50kg when I last trained for an equipped powerlifting competition. Might be tempted to give the Super Katana a fair crack if I ever get my bench up to a half decent standard.
