54 kg to go... hahaha

PS: 66 x 4 = 264 kg = my lifetime deadlift goal. 4xBW

Nice lift Happy

So, you're deliberately not going to let yourself put any weight on, just so you can possibly achieve a certain bodyweight/lift ratio target??

What about 300 at 75, then you can actually put on the needed muscle and then you can actually hit the 4x bw, though i think the more you lift the more you will want to improve, regardless of bw.

Yes Wayne people do do that. I want 200kg raw bench @ 90kg before I move up to the 100s again.

in my case, i cant gain weight for economical reasons, i cant afford to eat more than 2 times a day right now (medium to small postions)... so gaining weight is not an option for me Unhappy

wow you must live in a reallyt rich country... here, there are times were you have money and can buy stuffs, and then times were you dont have enough. The economy is not constant.

There was a time were i was eating very well, i got to 71 kg bodyweight, i eated meat everyday 4 meals per day, it was awesome. Now i'm not that lucky so my bodyweight has dropped a lot.

But in the future i hope i will get back up again and gain some serious weight.

So what do those plates weigh? Is it a 10kg bar with 20kg plates on it? Looks like a short bar?
