Goals: Gain weight at a rate of 0.5-1% of body-weight a month, getting stronger in the process, until either my strength stops going up, or my belt no longer fits on its loosest setting. (Its a small lever belt, and on one of the tighter notches). Currently: Average weight over the last 4 weeks: 79.2kg. Squat - 200kg Bench - 115kg Deadlift - 182.5kg SLDL - 165kg Sumo - 222.5kg Todays session: Squat 60kg x 5 - Belt, band around knees. 100kg x 5 - Belt, band around knees. 140kg x 5 - Belt, band around knees. 160kg x 4 - Belt, wrist wraps on. 177.5kg x 3 - Belt, wrist wraps on. 187.5kg x 1 - Belt, wrist wraps on. Moved quickly. 150kg x 5, 5, 5 - Belt, wrist wraps on. Bench 20kg x 5, 5, 5 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 80kg x 3 90kg x 3 100kg x 2 105kg x 1 - Wrist wraps on. 90kg x 5, 5, 5 - Wrist wraps on. Deadlift 70kg x 5 - DOH. 95kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 - Belt on, DOH. Upper back - around 20mins. | ||

Some shoulder rehab and a few curls. | ||

Squat - didn't have my belt. 60kg x 3 100kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Bench 20kg x 5, 5, 5 40kg x 3 60kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 SLDL 60kg x 5 - doh 100kg x 3 - doh 140kg x 2 - straps (torn callus) 155kg x 1 - straps 135kg x 5, 5, 5 - straps Done in about 40mins including warm up stuff so not too bad. | ||
