Enjoy using the concept 2, and was curious what the top blokes in the world can do, quite humbling...

Yo daz, what sort of 500m time can you manage?

Back when I was about 106kg I was getting in to the mid 1min 20s, now I struggle to the low 1min 30s

I did a 6:49 at Uni when I was a rower. We had one guy who could do 6.20, which in the rowing world is ok...

Martin, ive managed 1:23 for 500, but always preffered the 1000m though. Got down to 3:04 couple of yrs ago. Puked into a bucket infront of the whole gym 5 sec later mind you.
Best for 2000 was 6:38 about 10 yrs ago back when i was training full time, i used to use it as a warm up everyday before training, and became a bit of an obsession of mine to break 6:30, but never happened, find it to hard (mentally)to row hard for that length of time these days.

Jason ROWING-machine Talbot for No. 1!

With some tekkers coaching i beleive he can do it.

You CAN teach an old dog new tricks.

Parkour is the next big dream i heard... Wink

Sub 7 with no tech coaching is pretty good. I should go to container and swap rowing coaching for some free strongman coaching.

Also if you want some help boar just annoy me at OSG and Ill get you under 7 mins
