Just bought some to go along with my CBL and I have to say, i've tasted better things, tried to blend it in with my coffee but it just coated my mouth with a layer of oil.

how do you incorporate it into your diet?

I couldn't. It's f**king horrible. My Mrs uses it to cook though, going to take some time getting through 4 tubs lol

food tastes pretty joey if you cook with it. I wen through a phase of just eating chunks of it. it was quite unpleasant but I didn't care because it took the taste of pea protein out of my mouth

I love it. I use it for frying (mixed with butter) and melted over veg or meat. Or just eat it off the spoon.

I think 99.9% of everyone that lifts weights is - add in delusion about equipment needed to lift (machines, gyms etc) and you have almost everyone.

I include myself in this list - if I could go back 25 years I would hate my skinny delusional self (although I did have hair then)

Use it in rice and leave it to soak for as long as possible.

edit: I meant milk, doh. Coconut oil is okay for a fry up.

Blue Dragon Coconut Cream - 1 Tablespoon in coffee with a teaspoon of creatine. pre and post training. i don't like coconut, don't even taste this in coffee

Coconut milk is well nice in hot drinks.

Works great with hot chocolate, make sue to get a pure coconut milk (not watered down). Has an enormous amount of calories.

The all round best oil for cooking with. I use it for shallow frying anything and everything, rarely swallow it as is but best way is simply stick a lump in your mouth while it's solid and wash it down.

Coconut oil is very good because of the high amount of MCTs. Very healthy.
