I've started a journal so I can track my progress going forward. My main goal is to get some more comps under my belt this year and become a force for 2014, I also want to pull 300 as a teenager.

These are my target lifts before the end of the year:

Deadlift - Now:265 Goal:315
Squat - Now:190 Goal:230
Bench - Now:120 Goal:150
C+P - Now:105 Goal:125
Log - Now:97 Goal :130
Yoke - Now:300 Goal:380
Farmers - Now:140 Goal:160

350kg yoke 20m in under 15 secs etc

I can move with pretty much any weight fast, I just lack the static grunt i.e. Farmers pickup

Axle - 60 x3, 80 x3, 90 x1, 100 x1, 107 xf 6 f**king times.
16 Inch deadlift - 140 x1, 180 x1, 220 x1, 250 x1, 270 x1
CGBP - 60 x5, 100 x3, 110 x1, 115 x1, 100 x3

s**te session, PB on the pull but triceps felt weak as piss, probably because ive had flu all week.

Onwards and upwards.

Session at salt ayre with JC, Ian and the rest of the big bas***ds.

Log - 70 x3, 70 x3, 80 x3, 90 x1.
Yoke - 210 30m, 250 30m, 300 30m, 330 15m - PB, 300 15m.
Farmers - 100 30m, 120 30m, 145 15m - PB.
2x 3m runs with the sandbag, felt fast and the pickup didnt feel strained at all.

PB on farmers and yoke, Hopefully get up there again soon, makes a massive difference training with guys alot stronger than yourself.

Great yoke and farmers PBs mate

As your static strength improves those moving qualities will transfer to even more beastly yoke/farmers numbers

First session on the road to bodypower and great harwood.

Seated press - 50kg x2 for 6 sets.
DB Press - 20 x10, 25 x8, 27.5 x6, 32 x6.
UprightRow - 30 x10, 45 x8, 55 x6, 60 x6
Shrugs - 50kg 10,8,6,6
Tricep pushdown - 80 x10, 90 x8, 95 x6, 100 x6. (I hate machines)

Extremely light session but still sore from yesterday so didnt want to push it.

Hoping to vastly increase weights next week and move on from there.

Deadlift - 60 x6, 100 x3, 140 x3, 180 x2, 215 x2 x3, 205 x3 x2.
CGBP - 60 x5, 100 x3, 100 x3, 100 x5, 120 xf(Was just f**king about with the 120)

Happy with the session but there more to come in the next few weeks
