Much better wrist today!! Happy Decided to do a pressing workout whilst it felt good, and was rewarded with a hell of a session!!

DB press 25kgs x 8 x 4 and 30kgs x 6 x 2
Superset with EZ curls 35kgs x 5 x 6

DB shoulder press 20kgs x 6 x 3 and 25 x 6 x 2 and x 5 x 1 (missed the last rep.)

Pullups 4 sets of 3, gonna decrease the time between sets now... Ab workout, and cycle all done... 1 hour! Happy

Back workout 29-9-11

Chilled back workout today, just to try and keep some strength ahead of me travelling the country fundraising...

Deadlift 140 x 6 x 3 and 170 x 2, and then 120 x 8 x 3 Strict form.
BO rowed 70 x 8 x 2
Abs and cardio! Happy

I benched 130 about 9 months ago, when I was doing shedloads of it twice a week, and it was one of my main exercises. Now it's an assistance exercise for shoulders... Well, it would be if I was training. I've had to take a break. Unhappy
