Squat only today, have a problem in my thoracics that makes benching painful. Squats moved well, especially when I didn't rush them and concentrated on bracing.

I've been working late and struggling with various pains, so took some time off. Finally had a chiro appt on Thu, so just tested the water today with a light session. It got better as time went on, but still a little sore.

Accidentally changed squat position a bit - hands a smidge wider, bar a little lower and more forward lean. Felt really good. Bench OK too, psoas a bit tight again.

Sun 28 Oct Squat / bench

Squat up to 155 x 3

Bench up to 110 x 3

Trained at LiftGymsUK in Edinburgh with my daughter. Squatted in the mono (first time ever), not realising that I don't unrack with my squat stance width - realised that after struggling and nearly breaking myself. Bench was s**t after that.

Lesson two was don't train before loading a van and driving 200 miles Roll-Eyes
