Not sure who is aware but there is a charity raw PL meet all fed welcome in Windsor tommorow - I was lifting in the full meet before my injury - now I am turning a little gay and doing bench only (it is for charity)

Big Loz and Rob get a shout out on PL Watch and a couple of us get a mention

Look forward to hearing how it goes. Going to predict frampton totals 780, Loz 850. We shall see...

Don't get your knickers in a twist carlos. I was thinking rob would do something like 280/200/300, and loz 320/190/340 My line of thought was as it's a charity comp, they'd probably stay real light... But I guess not.

Was a good day out all in all, Loz aside being a sterling chap has cemented his place in many views as the best brit strongman squatter.
His pull was also monsterous - he told me he had been working hard in training to eliminate any hitching, not a sign of it on any of his pulls - bloody good effort.

Loz also won best overall powerlifter

I did ok given my shoulder - although I wanted more, finished on a 195 bench missed 205
It was enough to win the 125 Bench only and to win best overall bench (Loz did his 200 on a 4th attepmt)

Anyway all besides the point as we raised £3050 odd quid enoug to buy one of the sports wheelchairs for younglings so it was all worth it.

That said painkillers and a new shoulder need to be on order, I will check if Buzz sells them!

I bet it didn't take him long to eliminate any hitching!
Sounds like a good day.

You can do 195k bench but can't do the SSM2 overhead events? Crazy!

Its me knee that is buggered now mate - I'm falling apart.

The shoulder is more secure when benching (for my injury anyway) as it has been caused by benching (with the RC and pec minor) - its now got a different (better) line overhead - however it is not strong enough in that position to lift the weights yet - shouldn't be too long mind.
