This means it's absolutely fine to make a post selling your own equipment, but not if you are a store owner, gym owner, reseller or in any other form of business. Any advertisers with questions should contact me via PM or by using the enquiry form on the contact page. | ||

It made all those endless nights coding away totally worth it, not to mention all the hours spent on MSN helping Andy sort out new usernames. Millsy - you were my favourite strongman, but not any more!! When he had a proper job at Blockbusters he was an astounding 17 stone +. Look at him now. A mere waif. He's put on a brave front telling us all that he doesnt want to be big and this new lean look is intentional but I can reveal that Rob has been starving for some time now. No frills cup a soups will get you so far then after that you simply need to eat. Dig deep, buy a Sugden Tshirt and feed a Rob for a whole month. Lets all help out and bring him back to former glory. | ||
