Weigh-in from 8 guys .. athlete meeting at 11.15 and comp starts at 11.30 *This competition is now being split into 3 Categories - under 90kg - 105kg - Openweight - 10 in each category* You can book your place in this comp now by sending a £15 cheque addressed to Mark Clegg. U90kg Comp Event 1 - Deadlift 180kg 15" Deadlift for Reps Straps allowed Event 2 - Overhead Medley 70kg Beer Barrell - 80kg Log - Lift alternate for reps. Event 3 - Yoke/ Farmers 220kg Yoke/ 100kg Farmers - 15metres Each. Event 4 - Carry For Distance 110kg Implement to be carried as far as possible arround the 15m course. Event 5 - Loading A mixture of Sacks,Barrels and Irregular objects to be loaded to the boxes form a distance of 3 metres. Under 105kg Comp Event 1 - Deadlift 200kg 15" Deadlift for Reps Straps allowed Event 2 - Overhead Medley 80kg Beer Barrell - 90kg Log - Lift alternate for reps. Event 3 - Yoke/ Farmers 240kg Yoke/ 110kg Farmers - 15metres Each. Event 4 - Carry For Distance 125kg Implement to be carried as far as possible arround the 15m course. Event 5 - Loading A mixture of Sacks,Barrels and Irregular objects to be loaded to the boxes form a distance of 3 metres.
