Do you enjoy them? Find them easy? I hate(d) them. Could never find a good set up, nor ever felt a good pull. Gave up after a couple of months consistent use a few years ago. Also - are there different kinds of trap bars? | ||

They're hard on my knees. I am, however, all femurs. I don't know why, but I feel if I picked it from the upright position, then went down it would suck less. But, they have a place. Some trap bars have two sets of handles. Maybe try the high handles? | ||
