32kg KB Side Bends: 3 sets of 12

Pull-ups up to BW+35kg, then BW+15kg for 5 sets of 3

CSR: 50kg for 5 sets of 10

I am mostly torso long, how about thee?

I notice you do trapbar deadlifts.
Do you enjoy them? Find them easy?

I hate(d) them. Could never find a good set up, nor ever felt a good pull. Gave up after a couple of months consistent use a few years ago.

Also - are there different kinds of trap bars?

Hot in the 80’s here! I know this dude with a short neck. It looks like he is in the shrug position but never releases look. I winder if I strap him up and hang shrug him for about 6 months? 3xper week? They seem to activate nicely

I won't lie. They're hard on my knees.
I am, however, all femurs.
I don't know why, but I feel if I picked it from the upright position, then went down it would suck less. But, they have a place.

Some trap bars have two sets of handles. Maybe try the high handles?

Wanted to try for 200+ dead. Back was way too tight after a bad sleep, but at least I am smart enough not to injure myself. Touch wood.

Deadlifts up to 180kg

SSB Squats: 100kg for 3 sets of 5

Paused Low Box squats on belt squat machine: 40kg for 3 sets of 10

Belt Squat Marches: two sets of 150 paces

Reverse Hypers: 30kg for 3 sets of 15

If someone you know and have issues with tries to speak to you and if you speak you won’t speak a language that is known to even yourself, is it okay to not look and respond? Why won’t some people just let others alone when clearly they don’t want to be a fake friend like they are? Plus keep training we are on fire
