SSB Squats, no belt or hands: 90kg - 3 x 3

Deadlifts up to 140kg, then 80kg + Strong Band for 8 sets of 2

Reverse Hypers: 40kg for 4 sets of 10

Back Extensions: 4 sets of 15

Glute Machine: 80kg for 4 sets of 15

Heavy Band Abs: 4 sets of 15

Hanging Leg Raises: 3 sets of 8

Seated Leg Curls: 85kg for 3 sets of 8

Leg Press: 250kg for a set of 15

Reverse Hypers: 25kg for 3 sets of 20

Glute Machine: 120kg for 4 sets of 10
