How’s the rest and nourishment?
My jealous brother tries to thwart my progress. I’m deadlifting today and my son left the goat cage open goat versus dog again. Family just eating donuts and saying I’ll be down in a minute. Well finally start and my 300 pound brother walks by me in his underwear.
Then ready to start again he mumbles.

Nutrition has been good.

I've been eating four ounces of cereal, every time I have a shake. Extra 1,200 calories a day.

Good luck with the goat. And the brother!!!

Glute Machine against quadded minis: 40kg for 4 sets of 15

Deadlifts up to 160kg

Some f**king idiot broke the GHR. That's really annoying. Hopefully it can be fixed.

Leg Curls: 70kg, 3 sets of 8

Weighted Wide-grip Pullups: 25kg for 5 sets of 2, 60 seconds between sets

Fat Gripz Wide-grip Pull-ups: 3 sets of 5
