Warm-up

Heavy Band TKE Squats - BW + 20kg Vest: 3 sets of 10

Wide-grip Pull-ups - BW + 20kg Vest: 1 set of 5, then 3 x 3. Think this might be a 5RM PR: as I don't think I have ever done 20kg for 5 reps before.

Incline Push-ups - BW + 20kg Vest: 3 sets of 10

3 x (5 x Pull-ups, 10 x Dips, 20 x Facepulls, 10 x Flyes)

Reverse Hypers: 3 sets of 20
